OK..here I am past my half century trying to tie the generation gap with string or ribbon..mind you in my case its elastic. For us of a certain age think French Skipping ( or at least thats what we called it). Other called it laggy or lastic.

You will probably notice that for people of a certain age references will be understandable whereas for the younger generation ( if any actually read this..although my daughter might just to go "Good grief" or wahtever modern version is probably ****!) they will think what planet is she from.  Mind you I have friends who think that.

Ok thats my opening blog due to the fact that my chicken/turkey is burning cos I can smell it.

I am not saying I will blog frequently or at a regular interval but given that only people who might read it are supposed to be studying they cant use the excuse that my blogs are interesting
